Par for a cause
Who knew canned goods could make the perfect tee-off? Par for a Cause is a hands-on, high-energy program where teams earn non-perishable food items through playful challenges. They then use them to design and build their own mini-golf holes. Once the course is complete, it’s game on. There’s competition, creativity and plenty of laughs as teams putt their way to victory. But the real win? Every food item collected is donated to a local charity supporting Australians doing it tough. This is team building that’s clever, constructive and all about giving back in the most unexpected way.

All enjoyed and commented on both presenters. Particularly enjoyed the giving of food to local charity. Would like details to forward more items onto them. Well run and professional Company. Excellent customer service. Looked after particularly well.
The day was very well organised. The staff were really great at facilitating and encouraging everyone’s involvement. A great day was had by all and feedback from our staff has been very positive. Will definitely consider Corporate Challenge for future events.
Thanks for yesterday. You probably see it as enthusiasm – we see it as a competition and our inner ‘competiveness’ comes out! Our medals (the winning team) are hanging for all to see, the others are a bit salty… LOL. All jokes aside, it was very good, and I have heard some really positive feedback
Sherwin was an absolutely incredible facilitator. He brought an amazing positive energy and relaxed vibe to the group and ensured everyone was involved and had a good time. Thank you very much for all of the effort you put into this day for our Corporate team.

How Play Turns into Purpose
Mission
Par for a Cause invites your teams to think creatively, build collaboratively and have a whole lot of fun. Using only the food items earned through challenges, each team designs and builds a mini-golf hole. What starts as playful construction ends in a powerful contribution to your local community.
Challenge-Based Play
Teams jump into a series of clever, fast-paced challenges designed to get them thinking, moving and collaborating. Each success earns them first pick of building zones and a selection of non-perishable food items. It’s the perfect mix of strategy and play that sets the tone for what’s to come.
The Build
With their supplies secured, teams get to work designing and building a one-of-a-kind mini-golf hole using only the food items they’ve earned. Creativity is key, teamwork is essential and no two holes ever look the same. Once complete, the full course comes to life and the putting begins.
The Twist
Once the final hole is built, teams take turns playing the full course, putting through each other’s creations and competing for the lowest score. It’s fun, unpredictable and full of team banter. When the game wraps up, the true impact is revealed; every food item used in the build is donated to a local charity supporting communities in need.
