You never get too old for toys! In Toys 4 Tykes, teams work strategically to build a brand new children’s wooden toy from scratch.
It will be a challenge to be the best toy building team but then seeing the smile on the face of an underprivileged child who receives it will make it all worthwhile.
Before toy building commences, teams must complete a series of team building activities which will either be problem solving or recreational depending on your objectives.
Once a team has successfully completed all activities they can begin to build, paint and decorate their toy.
Teams will be judged on structure, creativity and design, with an overall Toys 4 Tykes champion to be crowned.
Up until this point, participants still believe this programme is purely an exercise in team dynamics, but at the presentation ceremony, children from a charity group will enter the room to present the medals to the winning team.
Toys 4 Tykes is a powerful charity team building event that will develop time management, communication, leadership, resource utilisation, team work and corporate social responsibility.
